Did everyone catch Iron Chef America’s “Super Chef Battle” last night (Sunday, 1/3/10)?  Amazing!! is all can say.

Bobby Flay (Iron Chef) & Cristeta Comerford (White House Exec Chef) vs Mario Batali (Iron Chef) & Emeril Lagasse (needs no introduction .

Congrats to the Flay/Comerford team on their victory – though all of these amazing chefs “brought it” big time.

Each team was tasked with creating a five-course meal that would “inspire” us common folk to get cooking and eat healthy.  The “secret ingredient” was actually ANYTHING from the White House garden – very beautiful if you have not seen it.
